The setup fee is a once-off build fee for your managed business system — dashboard and website — split into two equal payments. Complete the Clarity Scorecard and Brand Canvas to qualify for a no-deposit build, or book the paid Clarity Sprint and we brainstorm, capture and synthesise your clarity pack with you. Pay 50% when you approve your first draft — this opens 30 days of change requests. Pay the remaining 50% on delivery, and your monthly plan starts then. Upgrade within 30 days and you only top up the difference; after 30 days the new tier's full setup fee applies.

Clarity Sprint — done with you

For the person with no time to sit and write. On the call we brainstorm and capture everything with you — then we synthesise it into a clear pack: your niche, position, gift, story, pitch and the finished words your website and dashboard are built from.

Booking the Clarity Sprint qualifies you for the no-deposit build — you still pay nothing towards your setup fee until you approve your first draft.
